Job descriptionOffering exceptional customer service at our counter and over the phone Responding to inquiries and processing incoming calls and orders Processing orders in the system Sourcing materials for customers when currently not in stock Consistent training and understanding of current products Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships Handling returns as required Keeping counter and sales area clean Merchandising and showcasing product Other duties as required Exceptional customer service skills Ability to develop long-term relationships and generate referrals from your customers Excellent communication skills Impeccable organizational skills with high attention to detail Time management & multitasking skills to serve several customers at the same time Strong networking skills, outgoing personality Self-motivated; able to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team Proven ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced work environment Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required Post-Secondary courses in Plumbing, Electrical or Heating are considered an asset Knowledge of the Plumbing, Electrical and Heating industry or a background in plumbing products would be considered an asset

We are currently in search of a career orientated person to join our Customer Service team on both the plumbing and electrical side. The position operates in a fast paced, dynamic, rewarding environment and will assume responsibility for all counter sales and product returns while providing expertise as a member of the customer service team.
