A company is looking for a Technical Support Agent to join their Call Center team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for POS hardware / software and related products
Resolve operational and technical issues efficiently
Log and manage incidents using service management tools and contribute to the knowledge base
Required Qualifications
1+ year of Customer Service experience, preferably in a Helpdesk role
Background in restaurant or call center environments
Reliable broadband / fiber internet and access to a backup work location
AAS in electronics technology or computer science is a plus
A+ or Microsoft certifications are a plus
