Billing Specialist

A leading organization in the equipment and services sector is seeking a detail-driven Billing Specialist to support its financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving billing discrepancies, and values accuracy and compliance in every transaction.

What You'll Be Doing

• Generate and validate invoices for parts, services, and equipment transactions.
• Apply accurate tax rates using integrated compliance tools.
• Resolve billing exceptions and rebill as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers and service teams to ensure invoice completeness.
• Monitor billing backlog and aged receivables, resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Support month-end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Assist with audit preparation and maintain detailed documentation trails.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and system onboarding.

What You Bring

Pay Details : $60,000.00 to $72,000.00 per year
