Job Description : The Nursing Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department and ensure the highest quality of care is provided to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and be a team player.

The Nursing Supervisor will work primarily in a clinical setting within a skilled nursing facility. The position requires working some weekends and holidays, as well as being on-call as needed. The Nursing Supervisor must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment and be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
