Job Description
The role includes :
- Underwriting for ground up and preservation LIHTC deals
- Managing property-related projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets
- Analyzing data and preparing reports to inform strategic decision-making within the property department
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives
- Managing partnerships with other non-profits and developers as well as city agencies, general contractors, architects and designers
- Monitoring project progress and addressing any challenges or risks proactively
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies throughout all project phases
- Supporting the development of proposals and funding applications related to property initiatives
- Providing regular updates and presentations to leadership on project performance and outcomes
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency and impact

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager / Analyst should have :
Ground up project experienceLIHTC or Section 8 experienceMust have strong underwriting skillsA strong background in development project management and data analysisKnowledge of property-related regulations and processesExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholdersA proactive and adaptable approach to managing multiple prioritiesExperience working within the not-for-profit industry is a plusWhat's on Offer
