Job Description

The role includes :

• Underwriting for ground up and preservation LIHTC deals
• Managing property-related projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets
• Analyzing data and preparing reports to inform strategic decision-making within the property department
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives
• Managing partnerships with other non-profits and developers as well as city agencies, general contractors, architects and designers
• Monitoring project progress and addressing any challenges or risks proactively
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies throughout all project phases
• Supporting the development of proposals and funding applications related to property initiatives
• Providing regular updates and presentations to leadership on project performance and outcomes
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency and impact
