Marketing Summer Intern

Marketing Intern

Responsibilities :

As a marketing intern you should be interested in business, communications and / or marketing and have a strong desire to hone your writing skills, as well as your design and business skills. This position will report to the Marketing Director and will work with other staff members locally and nationally, as necessary, to support the work flow.

Some responsibilities include :

• Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign (Creative Suite) for various marketing initiatives
• Collection of project content to create new project pages
• Collection of employee content to create new staff resumes
• Update existing marketing materials and presentations; help archive and maintain historical library
• Assist with final preparation for marketing materials by proofreading and editing
• Maintain the accuracy of local image library and corporate database
• Perform periodic updates to the firm-wide marketing tools

Internship Requirements :

The ideal candidate will enjoy a team environment and also flexible enough to work independently where needed. Candidates for this role will be eager to learn and will expand their knowledge and hands on experience by challenging themselves and using the highly technical resources around them.

The salary range listed below is for this particular job posting. Actual pay range for candidates will be commensurate with candidate's experience, skillsets and competencies and may differ based on the cost of labor in their particular location.

New York Pay Range

$25-$27 USD
