Property Underwriting Specialist

A company is looking for an Underwriting Specialist, Middle Market Solutions, Property.

Key Responsibilities

Establish relationships with key trading partners and drive submission activity across assigned Brokers

Be responsible for profit, growth, and retention of assigned book

Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and brokers to retain key assigned renewals and lead coordination of Risk Services & Claims Service plans for key accounts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

3+ years of Underwriting experience preferably in the Middle Market Monoline Property segment or a Multiline background

Confidence to gain a marketplace presence and become a trusted advisor for assigned agents / brokers

Understanding of Property Insurance coverage, terms, and conditions

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
