Senior Software Engineer – Ruby
Location : Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid)
Compensation : $200K - $230K + equity
Harnham is thrilled to partner with a fast-growing, developer-focused startup headquartered in Brooklyn. Founded in 2022 and backed by leading investors and Y Combinator.
You’ll be the technical owner for your programming language ecosystem, defining idiomatic best practices and building next‑generation SDK infrastructure used by thousands of developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own the SDK compiler, adding features like auto‑pagination, streaming events, and more
- Engage with developer communities (GitHub, forums, OSS projects) to gather feedback and guide roadmap prioritization
- Shape the engineering culture, working closely with the CEO and CTO to help recruit and mentor future hires
