ABOUT THE PERSON

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Maintenance Technician who embodies 2B Living’s core values. Summary :

The Maintenance Technician, under the direction and supervision of the Portfolio / Regional Manager, maintains and repairs all common property not maintained and repaired by a third party. The Maintenance Technician will also perform in-unit maintenance services. The Maintenance Technician is expected to be available for emergencies or overtime in special circumstances to complete projects or meet deadlines.
