What will you do as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist?
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals based on patient-specific factors
Perform nuclear imaging procedures, including positioning and equipment operation
Communicate clearly with patients and staff; explain procedures and ensure patient comfort
Conduct quality control checks on imaging equipment and maintain accurate logs
Handle and dispose of radioactive materials per safety regulations
Perform venipuncture and specimen handling
Maintain clean and fully stocked exam areas
Follow all infection control and safety procedures
Provide age-appropriate care and adhere to universal precautions
What do you need to be a Nuclear Medicine Technologist?
Education and Experience Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent
Certified by ARRT or NMTCB in Nuclear Medicine Technology
Prior nuclear medicine experience preferred

Salary Range : $41.30-$61.94 / hour Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
