About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Profession : Nursing

Shift : Night and Day Rotation

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience required

License : New York license required in hand

Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC

Must-Have : Must be available for holidays

Must have experience with the Epic charting system

Description :

MUST HAVE NEW YORK LICENSE IN HAND.

NOVEMBER START.

MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR HOLIDAYS.

Specialty is Emergency Room nursing.

Shifts are 3x12-hour rotations for days and nights.

First-time travelers are accepted.

Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility.

Previous charge experience is preferred.

Candidate should have a minimum patient ratio experience and be skilled in various emergency procedures.

Experience in arterial line management, blood product administration, and central line care / management is required.

Skills required include management of dysrhythmias, triage, and care for ventilated patients.

Candidates should be comfortable working with diverse patient diagnoses including trauma cases.

Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy.

Candidates must be flexible and willing to float to other units as needed.

A background check will be conducted on a case-by-case basis.

All certifications must be current prior to the start of the contract.

Candidates with foreign education must have documentation verified.

Modules and training must be completed as outlined prior to the start.
