Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage workforce planning models for the Revenue organization
Design data-driven recommendations for sales territory structures and resource allocation
Analyze market conditions to inform headcount investment strategies and resource deployment
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, sales, program management, or finance
Experience in Near-Term Strategy and business planning
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
Proficiency in building financial and operational models in Excel and Google Sheets
Experience with B2B SaaS sales metrics is a plus
