Our client, a leading manufacturer of packaging , is urgently seeking a skilled HR Manager to join their team. The company is looking to onboard the right candidate as soon as possible . Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals
• Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
• Oversee performance management and employee development initiatives
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed
• Foster a positive and productive workplace culture

Qualifications

Pay : $45 - $70 per hour based on experience

Pay Details : $45.00 to $70.00 per hour
