Quality Manager (IATF)
Quality Manager opening with well established MFG in the automotive space - WILLIS TX
- Location : Willis TX - No Remote
- Base Salary : $105k-$115k+ (Depending on experience)

Position Overview
The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality assurance processes within the manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with IATF / ISO standards and continuous improvement in product quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in line with IATF requirements.Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality issues in manufacturing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance product quality.Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and practices.Monitor and report on quality performance metrics and develop action plans as necessary.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing setting.Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 standards and quality assurance principles.Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and ISO standards.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and leadership abilities.Benefits
