Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary/Company: Our client is searching for an Intermediate Subject Matter Expert to work closely with the project team, management, and various stakeholders to gather and document application requirements. The analyst will work closely with the development team to ensure we accurately understand the desired outcomes of our stakeholders. The analyst should be familiar with Agile methodologies and help ensure the team remains aligned with Agile values and principles. *Please note - due to client requirements, only US Citizens can be considered for this role.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• Strong oral and written communication skills (writing samples may be requested)
• Experience working on web-based User Interface (UI) application development related project(s).
• Direct experience working closely with the business and technical teams to elicit, analyze, specify, verify, write, and manage business and system requirements for web-based UI and data driven applications.
• Strong experience working on agile application development project(s)
• Experience creating user stories and facilitating backlog refinement sessions
• Candidates who have spent at least 80% of their time working on these requirements responsibilities in their recent position(s).

This job is Hybrid Remote.

Pay Range: Hourly $65.00 to $70.00
