Head of Investor Relations

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Investor Relations, located in New York, NY, with flexibility for some remote work. The ideal candidate will oversee relationships with investors, develop and deliver regular investor presentations, and strategize communications to effectively convey the company’s progress and plans. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing reports, identifying investment opportunities, fielding inquiries from analysts and stakeholders, and representing the company in engagements with investment professionals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Investor Relations and experience creating compelling Investor Presentations
• Proficiency in Finance and investment-related processes
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess trends, data, and financial models effectively
• Knowledge of investment principles and ability to manage stakeholder relationships actively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for engaging with stakeholders and presenting key information
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Advanced certifications such as CFA are a plus
