Business Process Optimization Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Process Optimization Analyst to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of end-to-end (E2E) process roadmaps for either Order to Cash (O2C) or Procure to Pay (P2P)

Identify, prioritize, and support process improvement projects and investments

Collaborate across departments to identify and resolve process inefficiencies and upstream / downstream challenges

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field

2-3 years of experience in business process analysis, operations, or transformation

Exposure to Order to Cash or Procure to Pay processes preferred

Familiarity with automation technologies, process mapping tools, or ERP systems

Prior involvement in technology-enabled transformation projects (AI, RPA, workflow automation) preferred
