• Job Title : Physical Therapist
• Location : CCM Health
• Position type : Full-time, benefited, 1.0 FTE
• Hours / Schedule : This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
• Settings : This position will work in a variety of settings including Outpatient, Inpatient, and Home Health. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in Pelvic Floor / Women's Health or Lymphedema management, though this is not required.

Requirements

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program. They must have, or be eligible for, PT licensing in Minnesota.

Salary Description

$31.00-$49.00 / hour
