• Pay : $21 / hour
• Monday–Friday | 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
• W2 | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

ROLE IMPACT

As a Department Lead, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day workflow and performance of your assigned team, promoting efficient processes, employee engagement, and service quality across human resources, customer service, or procurement support functions.

This is a hands-on leadership position with a direct line of influence over productivity and team development.
