Salesforce Automation QA (MID Level)

Pay rate : $40-50+ / hour

• Software development experience as a Client / Server Application Developer or Web Application Developer (J2EE)
• Experience using Maven
• Acceptance test-driven development (ATDD) or Behavior Driven Development (BDD) using Gherkin languages like Cucumber
• Experience with Service Oriented Architecture Quality Assurance, and thorough knowledge of testing API orchestration layers and Real-Time Messaging interfaces such as RabbitMQ
• Hands on experience with DevOps and Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins / Bamboo / GIT etc.)
• Experience using the Atlassian suite of tools (Jira, Zephyr, Confluence)
• Prior Financial Industry / Brokerage experience
• 3-5 years of experience with Software QA, specifically web-based applications
• Highly complex and / or multiple projects, including manual test case execution, defect tracking, test plan / test case creation and management and requirements analysis
• 3+ years of experience with automation testing using Selenium / Java and XPath
• Hands on experience testing Salesforce platforms
• Understanding of QA practices (black box testing, risk based testing, system testing, regression testing, exploratory testing practices)
• Working knowledge of Agile, Iterative development process and methodologies
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) to partner technically with Application Architects, Development, QA / Testing organizations and Business teams
