The Business Systems Analyst provides leadership in the evaluation and implementation of information systems which optimize operational efficiency throughout Web Industries. This role will gather important company data as it specifically relates to business processes and compile it into specifications and reports our internal IS programming team can use for customizing software and overall streamlining of business processes. This position offers a unique perspective into our business as it allows for direct implementation of customized solutions to address specific business needs and requirements.
The ideal candidate is skilled at engaging others and will lead cross-functional teams, often across multiple facilities, towards the identification of improvement opportunities, evaluating and prioritizing the respective solutions, and executing their implementation through a documented project plan-based approach, with a focus on enterprise-wide quality compliance. The right person for this role has demonstrated an ability to act as an agent of change.
Responsibilities include :
ensure quality requirements are satisfied
drive standardization of data-related processes across Web Industries
new process testing, negative testing, and testing of all changes which may affect labeling, traceability, costing, inventory, bills of material, etc.
validation of software requirements
Education Requirements :
Associates' Degree in related discipline and 5-10 years' experience in operations or an equivalent combination, preferably within aerospace or medical industry
Bachelor's Degree preferred

Availability to travel domestically and international as job function requires
The position is onsite 4 days a week split between Marlborough Massachusetts and Dayville CT location with one additional day remote
