Envelop Group is a community of companies focused on the design, installation, and ongoing optimization of custom facility technologies that impact every square foot of a building's operations. We work with contractors, building owners, and consulting engineers to provide all the technologies needed for the most advanced, efficient, and secure operation of any facility.

As a Salesforce Data & Marketing Intern , you'll gain hands-on experience working with marketing technology, analytics, and CRM systems to drive data-informed business decisions. You'll collaborate with marketing and sales leaders to optimize campaigns, enhance Salesforce functionality, and strengthen your technical and professional skills.

This paid internship is located in Indianapolis, IN with flexible start and end dates from May to August 2026. Interns must be available to work up to 40 hours per week, for at least 10 weeks.

What We're Looking For

  • Current junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce configuration changes; fields, user provisioning and permissions, dynamic forms, and reports.
  • Experience gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions.
  • Inquisitive, agile, and strong collaborator with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; and a strong interest in databases.
  • Preference for local candidates; no relocation or housing stipend available.
  • Possess US work authorization and not require sponsorship for an employment visa by Envelop Group at any time in the future.
  • Pre-hire requirements include a drug test and a background check.
