Pharmacy Advisor Representative I Compensation
The pay for this position is $19.89 per hour
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
A 401(k) with company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Pharmacy Advisor Representative I Highlights
Start Date : January 5, 2026
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM CST (schedule will fall within this window)
Location : 100% Remote (must have reliable internet connection and quiet workspace)
Pharmacy Technician License not required
Bilingual Spanish required
Pharmacy Advisor Representative I Responsibilities
Conduct outbound and inbound calls with patients to assist in medication refills and provide program education.
Educate members on the value and purpose of the Pharmacy Advisor program and assist with medication ordering or cost-savings opportunities.
Transfer calls to consulting Pharmacists for clinical or complex inquiries when appropriate.
Support requests received via fax and, as needed, cross-train to assist with other clinical services.
Collaborate with internal teams, including mail order facilities, Clinical Care Services, and other departments to ensure a seamless member experience.
Document all member interactions accurately and maintain compliance with program policies and procedures.
Pharmacy Advisor Representative I Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment (call volume of ~75+ calls / day preferred).
Effective and empathetic communication skills for managing inbound and outbound calls.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
Intermediate math skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with the ability to meet individual performance goals.
Must be able to read and interpret policies, procedures, and instructions.
High School Diploma or GED
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a healthcare, pharmacy, or insurance environment.
Knowledge of medical terminology, basic insurance, and third-party payer systems.
Prior experience supporting patients with chronic disease management is a plus.
