Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse at Barton Senior Residences of Zion, located in Zion, IL. The Nurse will be responsible for providing compassionate care to residents, administering medications, monitoring health conditions, coordinating healthcare plans, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role also includes offering support to residents’ families and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care and well-being for residents.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in patient care, administering medications, and monitoring health progress
• Knowledge of healthcare protocols, record-keeping, and compliance regulations
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and respond quickly to emergencies
• Active nursing license in the state of Illinois
• CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred
• Previous experience in senior or long-term care settings is a plus
