Customer Service Associate
As a Customer Service Associate, you combine top-notch customer service skills with genuine care for people to help customers feel comfortable while shopping at Lowe's. This is an excellent role for those who want to engage with customers and help them solve their home improvement challenges.
Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service. Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise. Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies. Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time. Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service. Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds). Guide customers through shopping or checkout. Complete other duties as assigned.

This role does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to travel occasionally to meetings, training, or to support neighboring stores.
Working Conditions :
Pay Range : $15.00 - $15.60 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and / or experience.
