Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant leadership
  • Excellent integrity and character
  • Professional demeanor with excellent leadership capabilities
  • Servant and hands-on leadership style

    • Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills :

  • No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years
  • Experience managing full-service and casual dining concepts
  • Knowledge of liquor, beer and wine programs
  • Some experience with cost control with product and labor
  • Some experience with training and mentoring
