Key Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, reviewing pertinent historical information, administering specific assessments, and creating comprehensive treatment plans while actively involving patients and their families in goal setting.

Implement treatment protocols efficiently, adapting to patients' changing conditions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed.

Effectively plan for patient discharges and follow-up care, ensuring all documentation is timely and accurately reflects the patient's journey through care.

Exhibit excellent time management skills to meet productivity goals while maintaining a flexible and empathetic approach to patient care.

Take the initiative to pursue continuing education for personal and professional growth, mentor students and new staff, and assist in their orientation.

Qualifications :

A Bachelor’s, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.

Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Current licensure in Maryland, DC, and / or Virginia as applicable.

Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.

This position offers a competitive pay rate of USD $60.00 per hour.
