Job descriptionMin 3 Months of hands-on experience (personal or professional) (Paid Training Available) 18 years or older You will need a First Aid and CPR certification, which we can help you obtain. You'll also need a 2 step TB. We can help you with that too! We will do everything we can to set you up for success. Providing personal care as well as companionship Running errands and assisting with activities with daily living / Driver’s License (a plus but not required) Bathing, Dressing, Grooming Transferring Range of motion of exercises Assisting Ambulation (wheelchair walker or cane) Incontinence care Checking vital signs Meal preparation Light housekeeping Starting Bonuses and Employee Referral Bonuses Weekly Direct Deposit Medical, Dental, Vision 401K Retirement Flexible schedules with opportunity for overtime, no cap on hours worked Holiday Pay Up to 40% off Tuition at Hawaii Pacific University 24 / 7 Scheduling & Nursing Support For All Staff Comprehensive Learning Platform Company provided PPE (masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, etc.)

Holiday Bonus December 13 - January 6 :
- Holiday Pay time and a half
- Hiring Bonus $100 after 1st shift
- Up to $1500 Bonus Retention Pay
- Bonus Match to hours worked : 20 hours-$200, 30 hours-$300, 40 hours-$400

We provide in-home care island-wide and allow you to choose your schedule, while we have work available in all locations, most of our clients live in town and Windward side and will provide most hours.
