Job description
A company is looking for a Remote Medical Call Center Representative specializing in Insurance Verification.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients through inbound and outbound calls regarding prescription benefits
Verify insurance, billing, and medical information accurately
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Federal Health Care Program guidelines
Required Qualifications
1+ year of recent call center experience
Knowledge of medical terminology or prescription benefits is a plus
Comfortable meeting performance metrics (KPIs)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills
