Key Responsibilities
Define and execute a global sales enablement strategy aligned with go-to-market objectives
Design and maintain training programs, including onboarding and ongoing skills development
Own the strategy and adoption of sales enablement tools and optimize sales processes
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales leadership
Strong understanding of consultative, solution-based selling methodologies
Experience managing enablement platforms and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree or certifications are a plus
Strong analytical skills with experience defining and tracking enablement metrics
