Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement value proposition sales collateral in collaboration with the Commercial Team and Marketing

Lead the scoping and value assessment of software implementation projects for healthcare clients

Mentor and manage a team to achieve departmental and organizational goals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field

7+ years of experience in healthcare technology, professional services, or implementation leadership

Proven ability to scope complex software projects and translate client needs into actionable plans

Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills

Experience with project management tools and CRM platforms
