The Payroll Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely execution of payroll activities and processes. This includes conducting internal payroll reviews to maintain compliance with financial, operational, and internal control standards while overseeing various aspects of payroll processing and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The role also involves preparing audit reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing garnishments and wage withholding orders, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining a high level of confidentiality. This position is based in Leawood, KS and is not eligible for relocation.
