Job descriptionServe as the technical lead on complex geotechnical engineering projects. Oversee field investigations , laboratory testing programs, and geotechnical analysis. Prepare and review technical reports , proposals, and construction recommendations. Coordinate with structural, civil, and environmental teams to deliver integrated solutions. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. PE license required; Washington PE or ability to obtain within 6 months. Minimum 8-10 years of geotechnical engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or project management role. Proven experience in Geotechnical Projects is highly desirable. Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to be a leader in our Seattle office and play a pivotal role in shaping its growth and success.
Role Overview
As the Senior Geotechnical Engineer , you will be responsible for :
- Leading geotechnical investigations , analysis, and design for projects.
- Collaborating with internal R&D teams to integrate cutting-edge geotechnical solutions into project delivery.
- Managing client relationships, project budgets, and schedules across multiple concurrent projects.
- Supporting business development efforts and expanding our presence in the western U.S. market.
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
