Uber's Enterprise Solutions are some of the fast‑growing businesses in Uber with a strong growth trajectory. These include LOBs of Uber for Business (U4B), Uber Merchants, Uber Direct, etc. You will drive the strategy and execution for fully automating the end‑to‑end lifecycle for all B2B Enterprise Businesses within Uber. This will help improve sales efficiency, reduce manual errors, and accelerate customer onboarding and success. You will work across Uber's diverse product and technology teams to bring to life your vision of creating efficiency and powering growth through automation, intelligence, and innovation.

This high‑visibility product leadership role demands a solid background in product management, experience in a fast‑paced environment, and lean product methodologies; ability to operate in a highly technical and data‑oriented environment; leadership skills; and the ability to do user research and work collaboratively with executive‑level stakeholders.

What The Candidate Will Do

  • Lead Through Ideation to Launch : Guide the process from ideation through technical development to the successful launch of innovative products.
  • Drive Product Development : Collaborate with a team of world‑class engineers and designers to drive product development and ensure high‑quality outcomes.
  • Establish Shared Vision : Build consensus across the company to establish a shared vision and prioritize initiatives that lead to successful product execution.
  • Integrate Research into Product Requirements : Incorporate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and product effectiveness.
  • Define and Analyze Success Metrics : Establish and analyze key metrics to measure the success and impact of products.
  • Understand Strategic and Competitive Position : Deliver industry‑leading products by understanding Uber's strategic and competitive positioning.
  • Maximize Efficiency in Dynamic Environments : Ensure maximum efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where fluid processes and creative solutions are essential.
  • Collaborate and Build Alignment : Work with internal and external stakeholders to build alignment across the organization while navigating ambiguous problem areas.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience developing world‑class applications.
  • Experience working in a metrics and experimentation‑driven organization.
  • Strong customer empathy, and the ability to blend user research with data to create a prioritized product roadmap.
  • Passion for Uber's mission and the company's hybrid technology & operations nature.
  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent in computer science or a quantitative domain. Preferred Masters in Computer Science or Business Administration.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both within your team and with leadership and partners.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred Masters in Business Administration.
  • Preferred experience in Enterprise (and, Cloud) Lifecycle Automation.
  • Preferred experience in Sales enablement.
