Workers Compensation Associate Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team with a focus on Workers Compensation. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in legal matters, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Duties
• Conduct thorough legal research
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate records of all case-related documents and communications.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients' interests.
• Experience
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in SC.
• Proven experience in legal research and writing.
• Familiarity with legal administrative tasks is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
