As a Screener with Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will play a key role in monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do : Assist in screening individuals, packages, and vehicles entering the logistics and distribution location to help to deter unauthorized access and / or prohibited items. Provide customer service to clients and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter inappropriate activities and / or security-related concerns. Document observations, incidents, and activities as required by site policies. Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, employees, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters. Support emergency response activities as directed by site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
