Sales Representative — Commercial Vehicles
RO BUS Sales builds and delivers custom shuttles, ADA-compliant vans, and commercial buses for organizations that move people every day. We're growing and looking for a Sales Representative who owns the full cycle from research to close, and can occasionally deliver vehicles to clients when needed.
What you'll do
- Own a defined territory and pipeline.
- Research markets and competitors and share actionable insights with the team.
- Prospect new accounts, secure manufacturer quotes, close the deal, then deliver the vehicle.
- Build estimates and proposals within pricing guidelines.
- Coordinate financing conversations with approved funders when needed.
- Negotiate terms, advance deals, and close on schedule.
- Maintain a clean CRM with accurate activity, stage, and forecast data.
- Manage handoff and post-delivery follow-through to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve issues quickly and strengthen long-term relationships.
What you bring
4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with a record of beating goals.Strong time management, organization, and follow-through.Clear, confident communication and presentation skills.Ability to write concise proposals and business correspondence.Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook and comfort with contract or deal-tracking software.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule as needed.Nice to have
Commercial or fleet vehicle experience.Familiarity with public-sector buyers and compliance-driven sales.Success looks like
