Job Summary
The Information Management Analyst is responsible for applying technical and operational expertise to the membership process, serving as a subject matter expert for HOME and the Roster systems. This role leads and supports large-scale membership initiatives such as reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, and new company implementations. The position involves coordinating system updates, ensuring data integrity, and partnering with IT teams to develop and implement solutions aligned with organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate major system changes and updates related to HOME, SSR, and the Roster in collaboration with IT&S teams.
- Manage open work requests and draft new IT&S work orders concerning membership systems.
- Propose, prioritize, and test system improvements and enhancements.
- Develop, manage, and train new membership employees on systems, forms, and operational processes.
- Oversee membership data management, including changes, additions, and deletions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with rebate teams and vendors to maintain accurate membership data for reporting purposes.
- Act as project manager for membership reorganization projects.
- Train account management teams on membership processes and forms.
- Partner with Legal and Pharmacy Integration teams to improve workflow efficiency.
- Create and maintain membership process documentation and system user guides.
- Conduct data audits to ensure membership data integrity.
- Review specialized hospital lists to ensure qualified members receive appropriate reimbursements.
- Participate in GS1-related calls, webinars, and seminars; collaborate with other GPOs to implement training materials.
- Serve as a backup GLN Editor or Approver for GLN assignments and maintenance.
- Collaborate with other organizations to reduce GLN duplication in the registry.
- Act as membership lead in weekly IT&S and system-related meetings.
- Generate monthly membership summary reports for executive management.
- Maintain cross-reference of members across multiple rosters.
- Lead or assist in new member implementation and rostering workstreams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred.Minimum of two years of experience as a Membership Analyst or in a similar analytical or systems-focused role.
