Facilities Technician
Greentree, PA | Full-Time | Mon–Fri, 7 AM–3 : 30 PM
NAI Burns Scalo is growing—and we’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-driven Facilities Technician to support commercial buildings within 20 minutes radius of our Greentree office.

What You’ll Do
- Repair and maintain facilities according to safety and preventive maintenance standards by representing NAI Burns Scalo in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours
- Handle light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
- Conduct regular inspections & identify preventative maintenance needs
- Coordinate with vendors (janitorial, HVAC, snow removal, etc.)
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to our high standards
