Mergers and Acquisitions Associate

A top‑tier U.S. law firm is seeking a mid‑level M&A associate for its San Francisco office. The firm is known for advising some of the most innovative and high‑growth companies in the market, and the role offers exposure to significant strategic transactions with substantial responsibility early on.

The successful candidate will have three to five years of mergers and acquisitions experience gained at a leading corporate practice, with a strong foundation in drafting and negotiating core transaction agreements and managing complex diligence processes.

Candidates must be admitted to the California Bar or be eligible to waive in within a defined period. The firm provides a competitive compensation package, follows a hybrid model, and requires three days per week in the San Francisco office. Relocation support is available.
