Role Overview 30-Day Trial
We are seeking a Customer Experience Director (Receptionist) to begin with a 30-day trial focused on first impressions, hospitality, and administrative excellence. This front-line role is critical in shaping the customer journeywelcoming clients with warmth, managing
communication, and supporting internal operations.
Responsibilities :
Greet walk-in clients and answer incoming calls with professionalism and kindnessDirect clients to appropriate team members with accuracy and efficiencyAssist with scheduling, reminders, and follow-up communicationManage mail, filing, and digital record keepingHelp create a welcoming, orderly, and organized front-office experienceSupport marketing, outreach and community initiatives as neededTraits We Value :

Day 3145 : Get Licensed
Enroll in and complete Property & Casualty and Life & Health licensingBegin learning core insurance concepts and shadowing licensed agentsParticipate in ongoing customer service and compliance trainingPaid study time and resources provided for licensing successMonth 26 : Licensed Service & Retention Support
Begin assisting with quotes, billing, and simple service tasks under supervisionHandle inbound service requests and policy changes with confidenceDeliver exceptional post-sale care to drive retention and satisfactionBegin scripting and roleplay for future sales opportunities612 Months : Opportunity to Advance to Sales
