Role Description
This entry-level position owns the accuracy of all item masters, Bills-of-Material (BOMs), and warehouse locations inside Cin7 Core / Dear Systems. You will capture weights, case dimensions, and product photos, print and apply shelf labels, configure WMS barcode scanners, and assist with purchasing and production scheduling—ensuring our hemp-infused seltzer, vape, and gummy lines never miss a beat.
Candidate Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field ( internships welcomeWorking knowledge of any ERP / WMS systemProficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, pivot tables)Hands-on attitude for warehouse tasks (label guns, barcode printers, tape measures, cameras)Strong analytical and communication skillsNice-to-haves : APICS CPIM / CSCP, scanner / label design experience, familiarity with hemp / CBD or food & beverage manufacturingAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and holding many hats. Build and maintain SKUs, BOMs, routings, costs, and revisions in WMSCapture accurate weights, dimensions, and high-quality product photos; upload metadata to ERPPrint and apply shelf / bin labels; map warehouse locations and maintain location accuracyConfigure and train staff on MUNBYN / Zebra scanners and WMS workflowsConvert sales forecasts into work orders, stage materials, and monitor production statusRun MRP reports, create purchase orders, and track inbound materialsMonitor KPIs (BOM accuracy, schedule adherence, inventory turns) and recommend process improvementsPhysical Requirements

The Associate Supply Chain Analyst reports directly to the Production Supervisor and has a dotted-line report to the CEO.
