Physician - Anesthesiology Opportunity near Windfall, IN

Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40

Are you a Board Eligible / Board Certified Anesthesiologist seeking an opportunity to join a cohesive team and meet the growing demand for anesthesia services near Windfall, IN? Join our high-performing, well-respected group dedicated to patient-centered care and teamwork.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT :

Schedule : Enjoy a regular schedule from 7 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m., providing stability and work-life balance.

Operating Room Call : Be on first call one day every six days, ensuring coverage for surgical procedures.

OB In-house Call : Contribute to the delivery of safe anesthesia for obstetric procedures, supporting maternal and fetal well-being.

Weekend Call : Participate in weekend call duty one to two days per month, with shifts from 7 : 00 a.m. to 7 : 00 a.m., providing crucial coverage for emergent cases.

Holiday Call : Share holiday call responsibilities with fellow physicians, ensuring comprehensive anesthesia coverage during holidays.

Operating Rooms : Access nine main operating rooms, two C-section rooms, one Cath lab, and three outpatient rooms, equipped with modern facilities to support diverse surgical needs.

Strong Support Staff : Work alongside dedicated support staff, including CRNAs, ensuring efficient and effective patient care delivery.

Modern Equipment : Utilize state-of-the-art equipment, including the latest glidescope and Sonosite ultrasound machines for regional anesthesia, enhancing patient safety and procedural efficacy.

Robust Peripheral Nerve Block Program : Contribute to a comprehensive pain management program, offering advanced techniques to optimize patient comfort and recovery.

Teaching Opportunities : Engage in teaching activities, fostering the development of future medical professionals and contributing to the advancement of anesthesia practice.

EPIC Electronic Medical Record : Access a sophisticated electronic medical record system, facilitating seamless documentation and communication among healthcare providers.

Potential Outreach : Explore opportunities for outreach to nearby healthcare facilities, extending anesthesia services to underserved communities.

Location Requirement : Per bylaws, must reside within 30 minutes of the hospital when on call, ensuring timely response to emergent cases.
