Job descriptionSix years of relevant clinical experience LCSW Work is performed in an office setting. Occasionally, there may be exposure to the risks and hazards of work environments and conditions requiring special safety precautions and clothing. Adults aged 18 + Level 4 : All‐access to all patient information Social Workers and / or CASAC Counselors and / or Other licensed staff, as identified
