The Human Resources Manager gives leadership to the overall human resources duties for FIRST FLAG Realty and field offices. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. This role is crucial in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of employment and labor laws, talent acquisition, and employee relations, while demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities

- The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of employment and labor laws, talent acquisition, and employee relations, while demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills
- You will be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with all HR policies and procedures
- Will have offices throughout the Philadelphia metro area and Delaware
- Execute all phases of talent acquisition, including job postings, recruiting, interviewing, screening, and hiring of candidates
- Administrate all functions of HRIS
- Oversee proper execution of hiring and on boarding new employees
- Maintain and file all HR related employee documents
- Implement and administer employee policies
- Provide recommendations to management on employee relations and performance management issues
- Serve as point of contact for outside staffing agencies
- Preform benefits administration, including enrollment and involvement with broker
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to travel periodically to center locations within the region
