Oaktree Funding Corp. is seeking an Outside Account Executive – Field-Based Non-QM (California). This is a territory-based, full-time role in California.

What You'll Do

• Plan and run in-person territory days : broker visits, branch lunches, and joint calls with Da'Shaan.
• Manage a blended book : warm approved accounts assigned to you, plus your own farmed relationships.
• Drive Non-QM deal flow : scenarios, applications, structuring, and pipeline follow-through.
• Hit activity KPIs : appointments set / held, new introductions, live scenarios, applications.
• Maintain CRM discipline and forecast weekly.
