We're seeking a hands-on, technically savvy Maintenance Manager to lead all mechanical, electrical, and automation functions within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Position Overview :
The Maintenance Manager oversees all maintenance operations, including equipment reliability, automation systems, utilities, and capital projects. This position provides direct leadership to the maintenance team, ensuring the sites production, safety, and compliance standards are continuously met or exceeded.
You'll partner with Engineering and Operations leadership to align maintenance strategy with business objectives, lead preventive maintenance initiatives, and develop technical training programs that advance staff capability and operational resilience.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and mentor a skilled maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient plant operations.
Manage preventive maintenance and reliability programs using modern CMMS tools.
Drive maintenance strategy, schedules, and resource planning to reduce downtime.
Oversee mechanical, electrical, and automation systems (PLC, SCADA, MMI) to ensure optimal performance.
Evaluate performance metrics, maintenance KPIs, and cost efficiency for continuous improvement.
Partner with Engineering on new equipment installation, capital projects, and process upgrades.
Maintain accurate documentation of all equipment, control systems, and PLC programs.
Support Process Safety Management (PSM) programs including MOC and Mechanical Integrity.
Ensure regulatory compliance with food safety, safety, and environmental standards.
Build and sustain a strong culture of technical excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field (preferred).
5+ years of maintenance experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
2+ years of supervisory or management experience leading maintenance or technical teams.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation control systems .
Experience with CMMS software and maintenance planning tools.
Familiarity with GMP, food safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven success managing capital projects and vendor relationships.
