Job Overview

Pop Mart is seeking a 3PL Operations Planning Manager to serve as the strategic bridge between demand forecasting, DC operations, and logistics execution to align with growth targets scaling from 25M to 80M+ units.

What You Will Achieve :

• Lead volume and capacity planning across all channels (B2B, B2C, Key Accounts, ECOM, and Retail).
• Build and maintain rolling 1224-month forecasts for unit flow, labor needs, and throughput by site / region.
• Partner with regional 3PLs and DC operations to ensure dock-to-stock, pick-pack, and shipment performance meet SLAs.
• Drive KPI dashboards (UPH, OTD%, cost per unit) using BI tools.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align forecasts and budgets.
• Develop business cases for network expansion, automation, or WMS enhancements.
