Job descriptionCandidates interested in general plastic and reconstructive surgery are encouraged to apply Also open to those with post-residency fellowship training in hand surgery. The successful candidate will perform the full spectrum of reconstructive plastic surgery. Employment by a respected regional health system Hospital privileges at a 974-bed Level 1 Trauma Center Established practice with 4 surgeons and 5 Advanced Practice Providers Access to a nationally recognized Ambulatory Surgery Center for outpatient procedures Comprehensive surgical program Dedicated block OR scheduling Shared call with resident support Expansive referral network consisting of 29 counties and over 1.4 million people Full practice support by the health system Great compensation (base salary and bonus structure) Comprehensive benefits package (Relocation assistance, loan repayment, sign-on bonus, income guarantees, and residency / fellowship paid commitment stipends) Ability to live in a thriving cultural and educational community with excellent affordability and close proximity to the North Carolina coast Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Ability to acquire and maintain a North Carolina State License Fellowship training in Hand Surgery preferred
