Job descriptionManage daily Chamber operations including staff, volunteers, budgeting, and reporting to Lead membership growth and retention campaigns; maintain strong relationships with Oversee financial management, including annual budgets, grant opportunities, and Plan and promote community events (e.g., Whole Hawg Days, Poker Run, holiday festivals). Represent the Chamber as the primary spokesperson and advocate for the business Drive marketing and communication efforts across digital, print, and social media channels. Build strong partnerships with city officials, tourism boards, and regional organizations.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, nonprofit management, communications, or related field 3+ years leadership experience in a Chamber, nonprofit, or business organization. Strong skills in budgeting, fundraising, membership development, and marketing. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency with digital tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms. Event planning and sponsorship development experience a plus. results-driven incentive opportunities.
